“hidemium” is a registered trademark of the Company (Trademark Registration Certificate No. 608075, granted 23 April 2026 by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam, valid until 2 December 2034).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hidemium’s websites, services, and desktop applications (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, downloading, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Hidemium provides virtual browser profile management software. The Services allow you to create, manage, share, and operate multiple browser profiles across one or more devices, and to configure browser and device fingerprint parameters through the application.

Detailed feature descriptions are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any feature of the Services, with reasonable notice where practicable.

You may browse our website without an account. To register an account and use the application, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or of the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid email address you own;
• Not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

The Services are designed for professional and business use, including:

• Multi-account management for digital marketing, advertising, and social media teams;
• Advertising verification, brand safety monitoring, and ad fraud research;
• Web testing, quality assurance, and browser compatibility automation;
• Market research, competitive analysis, and price monitoring;
• E-commerce and marketplace operations management;
• Privacy protection and reduction of cross-site tracking.

You may not use the Services to:

• Engage in payment fraud, carding, money laundering, or any use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials;
• Create or operate accounts on any platform using stolen, false, or impersonated identities;
• Conduct phishing, credential harvesting, spam campaigns, or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code;
• Access, control, or manipulate accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
• Evade sanctions, court orders, or lawful enforcement measures;
• Violate applicable export-control or sanctions laws, or use the Services from embargoed jurisdictions;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Services, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or those of others, or impose an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure or that of our providers;
• Use another user’s account without authorisation;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services except under a written agreement with us.

Hidemium maintains this Acceptable Use Policy and monitors for violations. We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities, without refund.

While Hidemium does not control the specific content users access through the Services, we act on reports and on violations we detect, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement authorities and payment networks.

Hidemium operates on a manual, prepaid model. Each subscription period is purchased individually by you.

Hidemium does not use automatic recurring billing. We do not store your payment credentials and we do not charge your PayPal account, credit card, or any other payment method without you initiating each transaction.

There is no subscription to cancel. Your plan simply expires at the end of its period unless you choose to renew it.

Funds added to your Hidemium account balance are used to purchase subscription periods. Balance is deducted only when you activate or renew a plan.

Account balance does not expire and is non-transferable between accounts. Refund terms for unused balance are set out in our Refund Policy.

Plan features and pricing are published at https://hidemium.io/pricing. Prices are listed in USD. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or cross-border transaction fees, which are outside our control.

New users are offered a free trial period. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to evaluate whether the Services meet your needs before purchasing.

You will receive an email confirmation for every successful payment, including the order number, amount paid, plan details, and expiry date.

Accounts on the Local plan may not be shared, lent, resold, or transferred to other users.

Where a violation is identified, Hidemium reserves the right to revoke access to the affected account without refund, in order to maintain fairness for all users.

Hidemium requires the use of valid, legitimately obtained licences.

As of 1 July 2025, we no longer provide support for accounts using invalid licences, including cracked versions, shared keys, or any unauthorised activation method.

Where such use is detected, access to the account will be revoked without refund.

Any unauthorised access to or exploitation of the Services — including exploiting vulnerabilities or software defects to circumvent plan limits — is strictly prohibited.

Where unauthorised use is detected, Hidemium may:

• Suspend or terminate the account without prior notice;
• Permanently block the account or device involved;
• Reverse any benefits or credits obtained through the unauthorised use.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting [email protected].

Please note that upon deletion, all data associated with your account and your team members’ accounts will be permanently removed, including browser profiles and any remaining account balance. To use the Services again, you will need to register a new account.

We recommend requesting a refund of any eligible unused balance before deletion.

We recommend that you back up your data regularly. Hidemium is not obliged to provide backup data to users.

We are not liable for loss of access or loss of data arising from:

• Non-payment, non-renewal, or expiry of a subscription;
• Improper use of the application or user error;
• Account suspension resulting from a breach of these Terms;
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, large-scale internet outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or telecommunications infrastructure failures;
• Planned or emergency maintenance;
• Any cause beyond our reasonable control.

The Services are provided as a tool. Their effectiveness in any specific application depends on how you use them.

Web platforms regularly update their detection and rendering behaviour. Hidemium releases timely compatibility updates and provides support on a case-by-case basis; however, continued compatibility with any specific third-party platform is not a guaranteed obligation under these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hidemium shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Links to third-party websites within the Services do not constitute endorsement by Hidemium of any product, service, or information found there, and we make no warranty as to their accuracy.

Hidemium has no control over the terms of use or privacy practices of third-party websites. You should review those policies before use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of third-party products or services.

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact [email protected] first. Most issues are resolved within 2 business days.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, we may suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by email to your registered address and by posting a notice on our website. Changes take effect on the stated effective date and do not apply retroactively to transactions completed before that date.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may request a refund of eligible unused balance and discontinue use.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.
